Windows SmartScreen warning

On first run, Windows may show a protection warning. Click More info and then Run anyway. This happens because the installer does not yet have a code signing certificate — the app is safe and you can verify integrity using the SHA-256 above.

Installation

  1. 1. Download the file and run the installer
  2. 2. Click Yes on the administrator prompt
  3. 3. Open the app and sign in with your credentials
  4. 4. Click Connect and play protected

Requirements

  • • Active PingArmor account
  • • Two internet connections (e.g. cable + phone USB tethering)

Why does it require administrator?

PingArmor creates a virtual network adapter (Wintun) and configures network routes to redirect game traffic through the encrypted tunnel. These operations require administrator privileges on Windows.

The app does not modify system files, does not install permanent drivers, and does not collect personal data. All traffic goes through a WireGuard tunnel encrypted with keys generated locally on your PC.
